if the front of your car hit the side of his your going to be mostly at fault. even tho he cut you off, didn't look, possibly on the cell phone and never learned to drive. it also sounds like he was stopped right? although the only onion that counts is the insurance adjuster so get your story clear and straight. good luck. what front bumper are you going to get?

 

He was stopped originally but pulled out in front of me at the last second so his car was in motion when I contacted it.

 

Let's hope he's honest. I would have called the police.
