so last monday night i was at the movies with the girl, came out around 830 and went home, woke up next moring and went outside and this was there...
yeah i lost it. so got everything taken care of, i had to pay 500 for someone elses dumb ass mistake...people need to learn how to park AT LEAST!



and now a week later after grand sport auto body...i was worried about matching yellow and this is how it came out.

also got my ap2 v1s gloss black in the meantime.




they also fixed a bad door ding i had in my door which worked out well. and i had some clear coat coming off on the bottom of the dooor and the back on the opposite side of the bumper which they all fixed as well so i think i came out on top of this one.

 

Nice...did your insurance take care of it or was the $500 what you paid for the workd one?

 

it was 1430 but 500 deductable.

 

Looks awesome! everyone says that yellow is the hardest color to match but the shop did a great job. Good for you

 

It is a very hard color to match. They probably blended to mask any subtle differences.

 

I wish I had as good of luck as you. Someone pulled out in front of my car back in march and the car is still in the shop. I got it back once a couple weeks ago but had to bring it back because they messed it up in a few spots.

 

Yeah I was really worried about it. Cause I know yellow was hard to match. But I was Really suprised when I saw it.

 

whoa!!! $1430??? did they replace the whole quarter panel or what? my goodness!!!

 

Lol no, they just repaired it and recleared the door and made the paint fade. Also re cleared the bumper and stuff.
