Got a speeding ticket! Court date coming up.
I got a speeding ticket a month back coming from L.A. I was clocked @ 91, cited for not having a driivers license, speeding, and not having a front license plate.
My court date is on APRIL 29th, I have never applied for my license, I had my permit with me at the time.
My question is, Should I take my license test or will the judge suspend/delay me getting license anyway.
BTW my S2000 was towed, but when I drove back to the CHP station the seargeant released my car, I guess they were supposed to keep it for 30 days.
