Not sure if this belongs here but there's no Body/Paint section.

So I'm getting my GP Sports kit painted soon. It's the replica kit from Spugen (white fiberglass). The body shop asked me if I had a preference between gray or black primer. My car is Silverstone, does anyone know which color primer I should tell them to use for a best color match? Thanks

Tell them to use the grey one;your Silverstone will be easier to match,as the OEM primer is also grey.!!!

 

The only time I see black primer used is for dark colors or yur going for a paint scheme that looks deep (ie: three-layer).
