Here's the TSB for a rattling convertible top. Do it yourself or preferably have your dealer do it if you trust them.

The shin-etsu grease goes on all the rubber pieces. You need to wear gloves because the stuff is toxic. Work it into the rubber well then let the rubber absorb the shin-etsu grease. The grease will condition the rubber seals and make the rubber look new and last a long time. Put this grease everywhere you see rubber. The grease may stop your top from squeaking.

Ill try out the grease. I dont feel like taking it to Honda bacause there are plenty of other noises that are more audible than the top and I'm sure theyll just tell me that. Besides, everytime I take it there it always seems like something else goes wrong right after.

My top isnt making wind noise, but it sounds like the moving parts on the paeesnger side is rubbing something. If I have the top up and grab one of the arms and shake it, I can dublicate the noise.

It's the mechanism in the center on each side. You notice as you close/open the top, there's two pieces of plastic that come into contact which each other and rub together. I put a piece of adhesive felt around the contact point, and now no more noise...
