Default Greddy Ti-C owners!

hello people, i posted this in my regional forum but haven't gotten any answers.

1. I was completing the install with monkeyboi and we could not figure out where the metal o-ring would go. if we put it in between the gaskets, it will create a leak.

2. i can take the darn silencer off. it did not come with any tools to do so, i tried a hanger, still wouldn't come off.

anybody know?

you put that metal O ring right after the cat connection. I put that in aleady, no leak.

use an L Allen rench and slowing pull that silence out corner by corner. it's tough at first. but once it got loose, it's easy to pull that out.

i was thinking of that, but i figured that it will leave an open gap and create a leak. what happends if i don't put it in? i kind of screwed up the top thread because it was bitch to take off and put on, so i don't want to take it off again.

I got pictures, but I can't post it up, basically, you just put it within that black metal gasket and use a flat tip to hold it in position. tighten each nut and you are done. I believe, the metal ring will form a seal within, cause it's hollow, so it's kinda soft.

I think it will leak later on, because that gasket is not soft like the other 2 so after a while, gas will escape from there. I know it's a PITA to take it out again, but trust me, do it right will save you a lot of trouble later on

I didn't use the gasket but then again, I have a test pipe too.

It helps to take the tip off before removing the silencers. However, Invision's idea sounds easy. You need to wiggle the silencers out. Put you fingers in the silencers and push it in one direction until it kinda pops, then push it in the other direction while pulling and so forth to wiggle it out.
