i had one for my old rsx, and they are held on with zip strips. The quality and fitment is great in my opinion, but i really didnt like how they attached to the car. I wouldnt waste your money. I am looking for one that attaches a little more securely. i would suggest you do the same since i was forever replacing zipstrips that kept breaking. I hope all goes well for you.

when I had mine from grilletech about 5 years ago on my old S, rust started to form around it. I'd say, dont get the grill and get a new bumper. Check out hardtopguy.com

I though the Grillcraft for MY 04 was a bit pricey compared to what I saw on ebay and other places for the MY 00-03.... but I like it and it keep junk out of the radiator..... (and no rust yet - its powder coated steel)
