Default Gruppe-M Intake for S2000?? Anyone seen or installed yet??

Sorry, couldn't link the pic from their site because it is flash, so here is the link:

Click on Advanced Air Intake, then click Filter Ram Charger, then click on Japanese Cars, then S2000 should be the first one...

I would love to hear feedback on this piece if anyone has installed it!!!

This is the same company as K&N Japan, and I know they make a great supercharger kit for the NSX, what about the S!

They make lots of good stuff for the NSX. I wish they made an exhaust for the S. Their exhausts sound incredible.

I saw pics of that intake on a Mugenized GPW maybe a year ago...wonder why nobody has one here yet

I remember the picture of the one Dave is talking about.

Do a search and you might find some discussion on it.

I've seen a pic of it here as well, not sure how well it functions in the terms of performance though.

Yes, the E46 M3 did very well on the dyno.... I dynoed one on a new Porsche 996 Turbo I did a few months ago, and didn't really gain anything. Thats why I'm curious, some cars do well, the others dont!

I think I was at the Korean site for Gruppe M, and saw a listing of applications and prices for this intake. The S2K was listed but no price available. The other Honda's listed were about $600-$800 though, so at least this is a "ballpark" figure. Hope this helps! And that intake does look cool (even though the pic is small).
