hello all, dr. edward dickson here. i purchased "the beast" in may. paid for it in full--in may. the car has been in my garage for a month--only because i went up there (to navarre) and took it. i still don't have the title--because brian does not have the title--because he hasn't paid off the car yet. check out this email brian sent me 2 weeks ago. incidentally, HLY, the beast is currently shod in luff m1s--one of which is chewed to shit.
Hey Ed, i just heard your phone message. First of all im very sorry for the extra long wait, i REALLY do understand your frustration. Since i sold that car to you things have gone down hill for me quite a bit, and the motors blowing from that clutch set-up had just killed me money wise. The money it took to pay off the car was used to get the car fixed and to you, i really didnt expect none of this to happen. As you know im on probation, and one call from you to the cops or P.O. would definately get me thrown in jail, and i really dont want that man, i promise. My family and kids need me very bad, and if im in jail then i dont how to fix this. Ive been calling you the past few days cause im excited that i have an answer, im finished with the yellow 2jz s2000, and there's no lien on that car. Im excited because i have a buyer lined up , and it should be sold in the next week for sure. Its going on ebay tonight just incase m buyer didnt come through, Its selling for $30k man, and the FIRST thing im gonna do is pay off your car, and send you a $3000 cashiers check in good faith for your inconvienence. Im not a bad guy Ed, its just i have crappy luck sometimes, and now you and i are in a pickle with this title deal. But just so you know, its been a very heavy weight in my stomach, im SO worried that this could go wrong and i end up in trouble over this, so im doing EVERYTHING in my power right now to get this paid, and next day it like you asked, and you deserve. Im being TOTALLY straight with you right now, and i know between you and i working together, we can have this title in your hand as planned, and give you a generous discount for the headaches. I can send you pics right now by e-mail of this yellow car, if you have any questions about it, i just want you to believe me Ed, i really dont have, or hav'nt had ANY intensions of ripping you off. Please give me a call, and lets work together, you got me stressing so bad right now i cant even breath, or focus on what im doing. All i want is to get you that title, and end this with a handshake, and keep a good relationship. I look up to you man, you can actually AFFORD your dream car, i couldnt afford mine. I miss that car so bad, but im glad someone like you has it that will take care of it, and enjoy it like i did. Ed, i could actually give you a refund instead of the title if you have some buyers remorse about the car i dont know about, you just let me know. Please call me, im not trying to buy more time with you, just really want to keep you in the loop, and prove to you im not ****in you around. Get this asshole shut down.. I think anyone who has been wronged by him should dial that number. He almost had me talked into a swap and thankfully I was convinced otherwise and got a local shop to do it.

He is on Probabtion for 18months. His probabtion started on 8/22/2006 and his probabtion is over on 2/21/08. He has been charged with 4 charges.
