placed an order to get some maintenance stuff and sunscreens for my s2k and accord. well the accord sunscreen had a small cut in the foil. obviously more of a cosmetic damage and will not effect the performance.
regardless, they apologized and sent me a new one no questions asks. i was expecting some kind of hard time or passing of the blame to shipping co. perhaps but they took care of me. they covered the new product(flawless), they covered the shipping and said i could keep the other one because it wouldn't be cost effective to ship back. NOW THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE!

btw the sunscreen are custom fitted for specific models not generic ones im really happy

 

They are very good. I bought alot of stuff from them when I had my Accord.

 

I've made a couple of purchases and am extremely pleased with their support and prompt shipping.
