2 separate orders - Trevor is a great guy.
Here's my story....
I ordered the front lip spoiler and paid extra to get it two day UPS freight so I'd have it in time for the weekend to fit. Well I was given the tracking number on the Friday and to my horror, the details said that it was sent via ground and wasn't scheduled to get to me until the following Wednesday!
So I called Trevor up and he admitted thet there was an error in the shipping department. He then sent me ANOTHER spoiler via OVERNIGHT UPS - at their expense! Sure enough, it arrived on Saturday morning. Well, when I fitted it, it had a few gaps, so called Trevor again. He said to fit the other new one that was arriving on Wednesday. I did and it fit perfectly. Trevor then arranged to have the lesser-fitting one collected at their expense via UPS.
These guys are great! I work as a marketing profesional for a $100M marketing services firm......I KNOW what customer service really is when I see it. Well, Trevor's undivided committment to me in fixing this situation proved that this guy is A1 in my books!
Trevor....if you are reading this.....Thanks man! You're a legend!

I also have to say that it has been a pleasure to deal with them. With Honda Canada taking over a month to get a diff washer, Trevor was able to reply to my email in a matter of hours and get them out to me asap.
What a wonderful experience. I highly recommend them
