Hahaha
As taken from Bulletproof Automotive about the APR widebody:
"APR introduces a cheap widebody! We offer this widebody as well as all others. We recommend the high quality Japanese made widebodies which are racing tested, but we're happy to sell this cheap alternative as well."
Way to sell it, right??
As far as I know, APR does test their stuff, at least their wings. Here is a link explaining their Computational Fluid Dynamic testing: http://www.aprperformance.com/index.php?op...ask=view&id=182

The ppl who would buy that kit are probably doing so because they can't afford the 'better' ones. After reading that the kit is "cheap" and not "high quality Japanese made," they may not buy one at all. Bulletproof should be as positive as possible to avoid alienating a big market. A lot of owners who want to do more extreme modification are younger with less $ and still paying off their car. They don't have $6k to drop on a body kit.
Wow, i talk too much.

Actually, I would rather have the APR kit than one of the "more expensive" ones. It looks OEM-ish rather than cartoonish.
Maybe they're hoping that people will save up and spend more money on the blingy $6000 kits?
