Default Hard Top Question

I've had my hard top off for quite a while, and decided to get it out and wash it off. It didn't dawn on me until I was done drying and waxing it, but one part looked odd. My memory is too vague to recall, but one of the support brackets seems to be missing a rubber bumper that may be has a protrusion that sticks through a small hole to hold it in place. I noticed that one bracket has the rubber stopper, but one side, it's missing. What does than rubber stopper sit on while the hard top is on the car?

Does anyone know the part that I'm talking about? Part number? I am not going to put the hard top on until I find the part, me thinks.

It keeps the softop from bouncing up. It's cheap at the honda dealer. Just order it there.

Can I put the hard top on without damaging anything, if that stopper is missing right now? Thanks for the quick response.

I took a photo of both brackets with my iPhone. I"m not sure how to load them onto here. Do I need to load them onto Photobucket or other hosting site first?
