Default Hardtop Availability

Hey everyone... As most members, I am looking for a hardtop for the coming winter...

Nobody is selling their Mugen, GPW or Berlina OEM hardtop... So I must buy new.

King's Motorsport said 6-9 weeks, but then I'd have to paint that. I think the Honda Dealerships are saying 5+ months.

Does anybody know where I could buy an OEM hardtop??? I don't know the delay from hardtopguy.com, does anybody else???? I don't care how much I spend at this point, it's where I can get one...

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Edit: Moderators, I'm not trying to make this a WTB thread... I am asking if anybody knows where a hardtop can be had ASAP. Just clarifying, thanks!

I'm in the process of ordering one from my local dealer and he has told me no longer than 60 days .... so far I have no reason not to trust him. I do understand that the availability of the Suzuka blue and one of the silvers is not as long as there is inventory in the states. I will let you know, I'm getting the blue obviously Take care Jack

Why go anywhere other than hardtopguy? I bought mine there and was completely satisfied with the service. His price is good, and I suspect delivery is as good as any also. Call - his phone number is 1-800-342-8158.

Dhayner - When did you get yours, and how long did it take from when you ordered it to receiving it?

Jack Rabbit - GPW will probably be a pain... I will check with my dealer this week.

Thanks!

info was from hardtopguy.....he posted about it last week or the week before.

not sure if honda canada or american honda has any in stock in north america.

everyone may have to wait for japan to get their act together - this winter may be a write-off for those that want one for this winter.

it may be a 4-6 month cycle from building them to them landing in north america.

contact hardtopguy for his thoughts - 440-979-0111.

Better yet, order it from him and drive up to Cleveland and have him install it. Jeff did mine at Fall Colors and it is perfect!!!

I can't say enough about him and his great service.
