I remember coming across a thread a while back where someone outlined with pictures the whole hardtop install. I did a search and can't find this thread.
I just ordered my hardtop and got a great deal from Ganley Honda. Joe (SanMarinoCpe on S2ki) hooked me up.

i think i downloaded a pdf file from handa-accessories when i got mine

check their site out it should still be there

 

I think HandA took it down. I have a copy from Cheaphondaparts or something close to that. Do a search and you'll find it.

 

Your Honda dealer can print one out from their parts department. It is also in the Helms manual.

 

If you PM me with your email address, I can send you an Adobe PDF file of the hard top install procedure from Honda.


You may need to add a little Shin Etsu lube and EPT Sealant to get rid of any hard top squeaks & rattles.
