Default Hardtop Installation

Ready to install my new hardtop. I'm quite handy with things mechanical and electrical but not real knowledgeable about body interior and trim. Instructions look a bit complicated but thorough. Should I give it a try ?

It is fairly simple and will only take a few hours to install the hardware and wiring. After you get this stuff on, taking the top off and on is a one minute job that takes two people because of the bulky nature of the top.

Make sure to have a friend help out, it will make it so much easier. It took us less than two hours to install it. Have fun and good luck installing the hardtop, you are going to feel great after you finish it, your car will look much better!

Follow the instructions on final fit. Take your time. It's not a race. You'll only need help in the last stage where you need to put the top onto the car for the final adjustment. The rest you can do on your own.
