Anything electrical like the rear defroster I believe you have to order seperately. The catchers in the outlined box at the bottom doesn't come with it either, I'm pretty sure.
If you don't have an HT already, you order the HT and the HT install kit, then ya get everything you need.
I notice you have a 2003, so the rear window defrost switch is already in the dash, and I believe the 12-14 parts are part of the Install Kit which is 8, 10, 11 but you need to ask the dealer about that because if you want the HT rear window to get hot you will need 8, 10, 11.
Order it from a dealership or an authorized dealer and it should come with everything. Just ask them if the hardtop comes with installation hardware. If it doesnt, it's going to run you about $500 to purchase that separately.
The thing is I can get a hardtop for 1950, i am not sure if it comes with parts 1-7, 91 15-19, if it does it's worth it. Another 400-500 for the installation hardware and i get a brand new hardtop with hardware for ~2350!
