I feel your pain brother, but there is a lot of support for him on the forums. There is a post right now at s2kca.com that praises him like he's the second coming of Christ. For some reason he has been spending a lot more time doing deals on s2kca.com. There is also a post on the forums somewhere that says his website is down ?. I can't figure out the inconsistent level of service he provides, it's either really great or non-existent. I've never known him to rip people off, when it gets bad he just seems to ignore people to the point of total frustration. I had to get my money back through a credit card dispute process, I'd probably still be waiting for my parts or money if I hadn't filed a dispute. Good luck with your deal.

No problems with hard top guy whatseover, great guy, prompt response, ordered all my parts from him.

Just give it some time (at least a couple of weeks), he carries most of the parts in stock - some of the parts are special ordered. Overall good guy and he does his best to ship things out, but just like all of us, he is human... just give him time.

Just ordered a couple parts today, he shipped via FedEx the same day ordered. No complaints from me.

Update...finally got him to answer the phone and straighting things out shipped package today with tracking number let's just hope its the right one. Ill keep u posted

There's literally no one that's going to have special-order OEM parts to you in 3 days, unless it's an oil filter or something.

Even Majestic takes 2 weeks.

I think the real issue here is that he doesn't respond to messages in timely fashion. I fully understand the time it takes to receive parts that have to be special ordered OR just regular in-stock items. But... the fact remains that it all boils down to customer service... how difficult is it to pick up the phone and respond to a voice mail or reply to an email??

I finally was able to reach him via phone after numerous attempts (voice mails) a few months back. I had some questions about a hard top installation kit. He was very helpful on the phone and said he would get right back to me, well that was two months ago! I've called him since then, but I'm not going to chase after someone that doesn't seem to want my business. I'll pay more $$$ for customer service any day of the week than put up with the run-around game. Saving a few bucks isn't always the best way to go, even though many people are enthralled by lower cost and disregard the apparent need for customer service.

I have had mixed dealings.
First order was great delivered on time and as ordered.
Second order was missing some items.
He indicated that he would ship them to me (shipping free) if I reordered.
I reordered and paid, but the items never turned up.
He stopped talking to me, after a number of emails indicating that they had been shipped so I canceled the pay pal payment.

Quite disappointed.

I have placed a few orders with him. Mostly it was just maintenance stuff,so I would assume that it was all stocked and it showed up just fine and was always shipped the same day or the next day. I could see how a lot of the things on his website would need to be special ordered and would take a while though. I could also see how over the years he may have just gotten tired of having people call him over and over asking where their stuff is. I figure something like that caused him to not be as customer service minded as he should be. Still though I don't see that as an excuse. Who knows. Good luck getting your stuff though.
