Am I just being impatient or there is a reason that Hardtopguy is not replying to my past emails? I place an order with Hardtopguy this past week on Sat. March 13th....

this is what he sent me on the 15th which is a Monday:

"Hello,

I do show that payment we will be sending it to the address provided. Tracking number to follow.

Thanks
Joe "

Ever since that email he have never followed up with a tracking number...

Please note! Hardtopguy Iam not calling you out Iam just curious if you had any problems reguarding my order... Please don't take any offense to this post. I feels as this was my last resort of trying to contact you.


So members should I just wait a couple more days and give him more time if he's busy with other orders or any problem he's occuring.????? or what should I do ?

He deals quite a bit with us in T.O. and can say he offers very good service..

They have been swapped for the last month.

Give them time, everything will workout just fine. Also you can always call him.

Jeff and Joe are great, and I cannot stress the word GREAT enough to get my point across.

They are two guys who are trying to manage a full parts division for two car dealerships while at the same time giving us the best OEM product pricing in the nation.

I drove 1200 miles to visit them and have my clutch installed it was worth every mile. Don't worry about the service or the product you will get and if there are any problems at all you can rely on them to help you in what ever way possible.

Yeah there service is great. :thumup:

I had a defect on one of my 04 headlights. They replaced it no problem.

I never hop on the they're great, they suck bandwagons..

but in this case, we waited for Jeff to drive through a monster snowstorm to arrive at 11pm just to drop off a car 4 hours away.. I have no doubt at all about the dedicaton to service Jeff and Joe provide

i just order a 04 front lip and 04 radio door last week on fri and just recieved it today no problem at all didnt even get a tracking number.. .well i never asked for one done plenty of bussiness with jeff
i dont think you should worry

try checking ur order status on the website.. mine told me my lip was backordered.. my paypal is already sent tho..

i wouldnt worry.. they have good rep!

They are excellent, I thought the same, and my package came through the door the next day - I've shipped a lot from Jeff to the UK and every time he is the muts nuts (that means good btw!)

Give him a call - much quicker and easier to talk than email
