Hi all, I am sure a lot of people on here have had similar experiences with Jeff @ hardtopguy.com, but he definatly went above and beyond for me this time and I wanted to share my experience. Pretty much what happened was my local dealer doesnt stock the crush washers for a s2000 for the differential so i ended up ordering them from Jeff. I needed them shipped immediatly and shipped overnight since I have my buddy's lift rented from him this weekend. He got them shipped out to me this morning and they will be here tomorrow morning. He was great with the customer service and definatly took care of me in an awesome and fast manner when it really counted. So essentially what I am saying, is that if you had any doubts at all, you can rest easy ordering from him. He is a great guy. Take care everyone.

AWESOME guy. Helped me a lot with all my stupid questions when I bought my hardtop. Called him at least 3-4 times and he answered everything clearly, explained how everything would work, and within a few days I had a hardtop delivered to me.

 

Jeff acts the same way, no matter if you live 5 miles away (like me) or 5,000 miles away (like ian05s2k). He continues to be an asset to the s2k community. Bravo Jeff.
