so Hardtopguy is backordered on gears.. Anyone know when it's going to be back in stock?

4.77 provides much nicer acceleration. I have driven 4.57 as well and was not impressed.

I was really thinking about it.. but 4.77's on an ap2 might not be too good of an idea

The guys giving the to 4.77s have AP1s. You have an AP2. With 4.77s, your car will be geared to a top speed of just under 130 mph. Furthermore, if you cruise on the highway a lot, say at 80 mph, your engine speed will be 5000 rpm. If you're OK with this, then do it. Also, if you plan on going the to the dragstrip, you will need at least 5th gear to finish. If you later go with FI, you will need 6th gear to finish.
