they didnt take out the insides out? (hid stuff)

I've seen someone damage the outside because they put it on broil instead of bake...

just did mine this weekend....don't worry.....just bake them one at a time for 12 min...then in small increments after that until needed...I was worried but realized that they are fine in there.....we were even able to handle them with our bare hands (except for when taking them out of the oven).....I took out my bulbs just cause the person helping me had the bit to get the HID bulbs out............if you follow the directions you'll be fine..........but if your scared then send them to Wingman

Also they can be left in the oven for too long. One member forget they were in the oven and they melted. So the leason here is don't become distracted and keep you mind on the job at hand.

Prersonally, I remove the ballast becuase they fit in my oven better. But it has been reported that it has been done either way.

WOW! BROIL is a far cry from 250* for 12 minutes.

A friend of mine was smoking a bong when an ember popped out and burned her left boob. It left a mark. I think that qualifies as "damage".
