Thinking about getting white on them. Just wondering how they would look. If anyone has pics, please share.

Someone had theirs done in black. I think I am headed that direction myself. A friend of mine was taking my rims up to Mid Ohio and they fell off the trailer. ARGHHHHHH! I have spent some time on them , getting the scratches out but it will nver look like the stock wheels......so I am thinking of black.

I believe I saw a previous post that Unicorn (Phanthom) had this done before his Volks. I am actually thinking about going this route and using the stock rims as my winter wheels. I am planning on getting Volks or OZs for my everyday wheel.

I look forward to someone chiming in with all the info... Thanks in advance.

I was all set to have mine done when I decided to buy new wheels instead and keep the stock ones as is. Expect to pay about $50-$65 dollars per wheel plus whatever it costs to have the tires and valve stems removed before and replaced after. The guy that was going to powdercoat mine did a few 3"x6" samples of the colors I was interested in.

Post pics if you do it!

I am thinking the same thing, and know a place in Seattle that do this kind of thing a lot. Let me know if you decide to do it, I want to see your results. White on white looks really good.
