^ NYC causes me to switch between 0 and 1 mph. With an ACT clutch my left leg feels like its going to fall off! Its times like that I wish I had an F1 transmission... or just an auto.

 

ok well... i just went out and tried it....and i got 1 on the speedometer both ways... while slowing down and while starting... the starting part is hard.. hehehe. you gotta be very very very gentle... i'll take some pics tomorrow..

 

try this.. let go of the clutch slowly as possible. dont give it any gas. car should starts to move and you should get 1mph. i got up to 5mph without any gas from a complete stop.

 

I'll give it a shot as soon as my car comes out of the shop in Jan

 

I found a hill today during lunch, put the car in neutral, released the brake and slowly picked up speed (even trail braking to keep from accellerating too fast)... still didn't register until 2.

 

Everyone will be trying this now...

what is everyone gonna be thinking?? Those damn S's are slow!!

 

I bet no other car forums are competing to see who can got the slowest.

 

i have been trying it all day in xmas traffic, and i have an 04. spedracrxx has an 05 and has not seen it either.

i was going pretty damn slow, and it would go from 0 to 2, and it was crawling. those of you who claim to have seen it, i have noticed that your cars are 03 and under. i guess us new owners do not have the priveledge to see 1mph. i will keep trying, but i don't think it is gunna happen for me.

 

03 and ive seen it speeding up and slowing down, kinda hard to get speeding up, the speedo skips a bunch

 

Slowly decel out of gear w/ your foot on the brake. You'll see 1mph. I snapped a pic tonight..
