No they didnt cut the rear fenders, those are just "paste on" fender flares. The car is indeed RJ Devera's car and is sponsored by Veilside, hence all of the Veilside products.
The engine is stock except for an HKS exhaust, and the rims I'm not sure about. He has a new set of wheels on that car every week it seems.

I think I remember reading from somewhere that these are new line of wheels coming out from American Racing.
The car belongs to R.J. deVera (some of you should recognize his name) and he supposedly designed the wheels.
