Love this car but can't think why Honda fitted these to European models. There's a design fault. The button is located near the gear shift and you can't help setting it off inadvertantly. However, problem solved...just remove the fuse!

Red beauty, you right!!!
You know what?? I NEVER use it!! I've used it only 2 or 3 times just to play with it, it's completly useless.
However, it is useless but the water spray force is amazing!

Maybe you guys can hook it up to something else. Maybe like a small missile launcher or a oil slick button. Maybe just maybe a smoke screen button! Ohh yea!

I have had two cars with headlight washers and only used them to test them out.
Otherwise I didn't see the point of them.
They just made a mess on the front of the car.
But they do put out a good blast of water though.
I am glad we don't have them here on the S2k.

I've found them nice on cars up here in the winter when there is a lot of rain and sand on the roads. Driving on the highway, you cant help but get caught in the wake of cars and trucks and they basically plaster your front end with a thick film.

This does reduce how well the lights work (I know, because I often have to wipe the Bimmer headlights off and you can see a HUGE difference in the amount of power).

Normally, you'd just wash the car. But when it rains (sometimes for weeks on end) a lot, you really cant just wash the car off... thats the ONLY reason for them.

On a weekend toy, or dry climates (say AZ) I think they would be totally useless. The S2000's swept nose helps reduce the amount of crud that gets on them, but the Bimmer's almost verticle headlights catch EVERYTHING!

Maybe you can use the washer apparatus to cool your Comptech supercharger!

Damn Pinky,

. . .you took my idea. Swivel them, fill them with tree sap (or other sticky substance), widen the nozzle on the sprayer, and spray away on all those fixed up with sticker Civic's that rev on you when they are next to you!!!
