Head light eyelids

when you look at the eye lids up close, they look really bad! But from a distance they make the headlights look very good.

The eyelids work best with 3mm tape after a well cleaned headlight. (had mine on for over 1 year)

are you referring to the gears or airwalker. I have the airwalker and they look far from really bad. They fit perfect, but just not my taste nor style.
