Default Head light lenses

I was washing the car last night and noticed what appears to be small stress cracks in the plexiglass headlight covers. All the cracks are all on the top of the lense moving downward and they are anywhere from 1/8" to 1/2" in length at the moment. There are probably about 20 of these on each lense. Has anyone else run into this?
I had a similar stress crack on the instrument panell that was replaced under warranty with no questions asked, but now that this car is 2yrs old who knows?

I was washing my car last week and noticed EXACTLY the same thing. Would be interested in anybody else's experience. I would call it "crazing".

Mines a 2000 with 25,000 miles. I have even taken my headlights out and put them in an oven to take out the amber diffusers. No cracks in mine. I would go to a dealer on that.

Mine has about the same mileage as yours, and I am sure these marks were not there a couple of weeks ago. (Or perhaps I am just not that observant, who knows)
If others have noticed this, I can copy this thread go back to the dealership with it so I don't have to listen to them telling me that these covers a fragile and succumb to marks from rocks, bugs and other debris etc.
