I have a silverstone, and if it's grey out I put lights on. Or dark.

I run the headlights on during the day for safety reasons, but mostly on rainy days.

Never during the day - what for?

If it is raining enough that the wipers need to run constantly, I burn the headlights - that makes good sense, and is Vriginia state law anyway.

I can't see why some folk would keep their headlights on during the day when it is clear and fine out. For reasons mentioned above such as adverse weather, it is understandable. Safety is an issue, and lights on does increase visibility. Thats where us Canucks have it down pat, with DRLs standard on all new cars.

Have you ever been "nearly" run over by a semi? I have and it's no fun.

I always have my headlights on when the weather is less than perfect or if it is a holiday. Do you realize just how small our car is and how easy it is for another driver to overlook an S2000?

Headlights on during the day? When they are called for, you better believe it!

Under certain conditions I could see how my Silverstone could be invisible to another driver.

While burning the beams doesn't seem too healthy for life of the HIDs, I will run the parking lights some times just to play it on the safe side.

Edit: And in anything that's not perfect, I will run with my lights on. Don't need to have someone not see me and make my S2000 dead.

Even WITH a yellow car, I've almost T-boned several people in the very recent past from them pulling out in front of me... I don't see how headlights would make any difference with how oblivious these people are to the rest of the world around them.

No headlights on unless we have bad weather, which is not too often over here
