HEADER INSTALL HELP
Just recieved a set of Megan headers , i dont know if the same applies to all . but i was wondering how i install these things. I am not 2 mechanically inclined but i figure it cant be that hard , can anyone please post some instructions on how to put these in and any tips on the install , someone already told me to wipe the headers with alchohol before starting the car so they dont stain . Thanks

its not that bad. Before installing my J's header, the hardest thing I did was cai.
There is a writeup somewhere on the install if you search for it.
Basically you wait until the car is cool, lift it up at least 1FT in the air for proper clearance, take the heatsheild off, unbolt the header nuts to the engine, unbolt the cat from the header and yank it out from the bottom.
putting it back in is just reverse.

They also provide new nuts/bolts to connect to the cat/test pipe, as you will not re-use the factory spring type. I was able to re-use my header nuts with no problems, your mileage may very...
This is the service manual page for the S2000 exhaust:

Get a torque wrench, and never work on a hot exhaust...
Good luck
