Come on guys - what I need to know are two things - which affordable header gives the best performance at what points and what are the sound characteristics

All name brand headers like Spoon, Amuse, J's will run you over a thousand dollars, and the Sound and benifit you get from them are pretty small in comparison to the price you pay.

I would venture to say that the header that Rick's makes is probably the best bang for your buck. Its priced under a thousand, and is proven to make some power. Other than that, DC headers seem to lose alot of weight from stock and some have claimed very small gains...those are the only two that come to mind to be affordable. The others are pretty much a rip off heh

I should have a fuji header in the next day or two. I'll couple it to a test pipe and a fuji cat back and post up reviews...

How much is the Fuji running you. Anyone have any experince with the OBX racing header?

what is an affordable header for you? for me it can be 200 as for Vapor lets say it can be 3k's dollars. Give us a price range atleast.

Up to about $500 - over that I think I am paying more for a name than a product. Can get OBX for $190 - from what I see looks like piece of crap from what I hear as are DSC - had to ask.
