For those interested, my headlights have been replaced and NOT by Ston Gard. As soon as the hype from the previous thread died down Mr. CEO stopped emailing me.

For those of you quoting a "reliable source" (you know who you are), Ston Gard did NOT make this right nor did they even offer to refund my money. Mr. CEO did offer to replace the Ston Gard pieces that they removed though. Gee thanks. That's like offering someone with lung cancer a carton of cigarettes. In my opinion.

My car is fixed and that is the most important thing right now. For those of you comtemplating buying this product or those of you who already have it. Good Luck! You're going to need it.

Hi SCS2K

Glad your lenses are crystal clear again. Thanks also for sharing your story with us. I think it's only a matter of time until Mr. StonGard CEO e mails you, he must be getting awfully lonely by now.

SCS2K,

So what was the final resolution? Honda was willing to give you new lights, so Stongard figures that the problem is solved?

Congratulations on the fix; condolences on the hassle and aggravation.

Good luck, Mr. CEO of stoneguard. I think you'll need it.

Congratulations. I'm glad your car is well again. I guess we now know why Honda has lived long enough to create a 50 year commemorative vehicle. They value customer service and loyalty as much as they do the "bottom line"

Too bad for most of their installers though. They are left out in the cold because the company doesn't know customer service. Then you have that one (maybe more) poster that lives right down the street from the compnay headquarters and has had nothing but great service. It reminds me of another company. The mail order is lousy and will hang you out to dry, but in person they will do anything to make the customer happy.
