Default Headlight Help Needed

I cleared my headlights months ago - no leakage or anything which is good. I discovered that the drivers side headlight seems to have a missing/loose connection because when the parking lights are on (one turn on the stick) that one doesn't illuminate. It also doesn't flash when the alarm it disarmed/armed. Fortunately when using the turn signal it does work. There are 4 connections on the headlight housing (if I remember right). Which one is problematic and is there an easy way to check/fix this connection WITHOUT removing the front bumper? I'll take the bumper off if I have to but I would really prefer to TRY and fix this without having to remove the bumper first. Suggestions? Ideas? I know its rather cramped in there for sure so any help is appreciated. If you could maybe post a diagram of which connection is messed up too that'd help

You can get in there without pulling the bumper, but it's a b!tch and can hurt.

Almost sounds like your bulb is bad.

I highly doubt it is the bulb because the turn signal works just fine and I believe that the turn signal utilizes the same bulb as the parking / running lamps / alarm diarm/arm flash. Correct me if I am wrong.

Turn the wheel all the way to one side. Use a flat screwdriver to remove the two clips. You will be able to pull down the shield enough to change either bulb.

The turn signal is not the same bulb (if I remember right) as the running lights.

The turn signal bulbs are a 7440 and the parking bulbs are 194

The two clips are in the black shield. One is right on the underside of the fender and the other is about 4 inches in on the shield. They are blach and the size of a nickel.
