Default Headlight Question

I am rebuilding my car after it's untimely hijacking and stripping. I am currently trying to buy a set of headlights from an S2KI member.
He is offering to sell the headlamp pair. He mentioned that none of the accessories are included, most specifically, the ballasts and bulbs.
Judging by this photo can you please tell me what I need to purchases in order to have operational HID headlamps, like i had before.

Thanks,

Here's what I think you need for sure. Headlights, HID bulb, HID ballast, high beam bulbs, the rubber piece that covers the high beam bulb, the plastic cover for the HID bulb, turn signal socket, parkinglamp sockets, along with the bulbs that go with it. I think that's about it

Good luck

thanks very much. I wonder if I should buy this guy's lights. They don't include anything and he is charging 350.

Not a bad price. The dealers retail around +$450 each for brand new ones with nothing ekse either.

Jesus, William... Hijacking???!??! You OK?

BTW, why are you doing this? Shouldn't insurance be covering the tab for you?
