Does anyone know about this, I just read on Honda-Acura.net some S owner said heating elements and switches can be had for around $300. I would really like heated seats, they are the best on a chilly winter night, I don't think I would need them very often here in FL but I have used my Audis seats quite a few times this winter and its nice.

Oh yeah anyone have XM radio in their ride? where do you have the antena? I have XM now in my Audi and have the antena on the dash, so it desn't have to be run on the roof or trunk giving away the fact that i have xm

I would live to have heated seats in my S2000. My wife has them in here Toyota Hightlander and they are great for my back , even when it is warm outside and the AC is on. If you learn any more please share them. Thanks

I have an small inflatable lumbar pad that I use, out of an old Recaro seat but the heated seat option would be great

This is what you want.

www.seatcomfort.com

These are the same units Katzkin sells for alot more. Only $215./pr shipped, talk to Rick. Easy install. They're made of trimmable carbon fiber which is the newer, prefererred material over the older wire type heating element.

I'm contemplating these for both the S and the Pilot. Maybe group buy potential...

How funny. Now that you've posted about "heated seats," the Google ads in the lower left now have a couple links to companies that do that sort of thing.

I'd be in also, especially if someone wrote up a DIY for the S complete with pics ala Xviper.

Glen - you might want to PM Bannanie - she has had them installed locally.

Will you bring the TT to the next drive?

As for the XM, I do have a Roady installed in my S. I also mounted the antenna in the middle of the dash, just below the glass. The antenna for the Roady is very small, about 1 1/2" square, very inconspicuous. Some have mounted it inside the trunk and report good reception. Two web sites are helpful for parts and installation XM411.co andXMFAN
