Welcome 2 the fun, fellow blue boy, u may get alot of attention from all the wannabe's. I have had morons in beat up civic's and huge 4x4's cutting me off and generally acting rude and obnoxious as if this puts them up a notch in their miserable search for more self-esteem and existence! So have fun but watch out. I find it hard to drive laid back because of this sometimes.

Welcome to yet another Suzuka Blue Bay Area owner. No doubt you'll enjoy the car. Did you buy from Dublin Honda?

I purchased mine from Concord Honda...the guys at Dublin Honda were pissing me off....so I didn't want to give any money to them - they didn't even have any s2000's there.......they said they "might" get a silver/black. They had a yellow/black there but it sold a few weeks ago.

I find it hard to drive laid back a lot too, but it is because of that big "9" staring at me from the gauge cluster!

I called Dublin Honda when I was shopping for mine in March. He said he had a blue coming in in about a month. I asked him if he'd go MSRP on it (Autowest in Fremont had offered a silver/black for MSRP, and Anderson Honda in Palo Alto had a blue and a silver/black for just a bit over MSRP). The guy at Dublin Honda laughed and said "no way." I politely said "thank you," and he responded "good luck pal." Needless to say, they won't be getting any business from me anytime soon. I went to Andersons and bought the blue one.

You'll love the car.

hehe, we probably talked to the same jerk at dublin honda........any dealer that doesn't sell for around msrp is a rip off. It took about a month of persuasion at Concord Honda for them to go down to msrp, but the fact is that they did. It's obvious dublin doesn't know how to sell cars, they lost my business and yours as well JDRACING.

The car is awesome......waiting for this break in period to pass by then I can see what owning this is car is really about!

Yeah, it's difficult alright, but worth the wait. We have friends out in Danville, so if you see another blue out there, it's probably us (although I think there's an S2ki member with a blue one in Pleasanton). Driving the canyons (Crow Canyon/Niles Canyon/Livermore backroads) is now the only way we go. Enjoy.
