Default Hello all

Just wanted to intro myself. I'm currently looking to purchase a used S2k. Reason; I like a convert, with mod potential within a reasonable price. I like the reliablility of a honda and more so the availability of aftermarket components.

I've had some windshield time with my buddies 03 before he sold it, and since then I've been hooked!

My current car is a Acura TSX (stock). And I had an E46 M3 03' but gave it to my sister as a present (She took over payments as well, so not completely free). My last true RWD cars were 91' Skyline (single turbo) and before that an 89' stang (S/C'd).

I really miss the RWD feeling and the all-around power of my M3, plus the openess of a convert. Since I don't like the M3 vert along with the price to mod it out. I'd like to have a simpiler and more economical i(n terms of modding ) car like the S2k. I have the comfort of one car for my daily commute but would like the openess and raw feeling of the S as an alternative.

I'm looking at getting an 03' like my buddies, or go for an 02/01' and use the rest of my project money to improve on other attriubutes of the S, IE brakes, gears, intake, and eventually FI.

I just wanted to say hello to all and hope to hear from many of you and your reasons for getting an S or not....

Thanks,
Mike
