from what a dealer told me he said that s tech is more bouncy then the h tech
the h tech has a smoother less bobble head effect
i went with the h tech 1 inch drop and i like the feel of the car
but i never drove a s2k with s tech to say which is better

h-tech only drops 0.6, the s-tech drop 1 inch...

from my experience the Stech are about 10% stiffer than Htech. the ride is smooth with either one, however the steering response on the stech is a tad bit quicker due to the increased spring rate

i have S-tech's and they are not bad. I wish i had gone with something that had a higher spring rate though.
