Default Helmholtz resonator

Hello guys... long time no talk.

I was wondering if someone could do me a big favor and measure the Helmholtz resonator in the stock exhaust?

I'd like to know the length and diameter please. I'd measure it myself but I'm a traitor and sold my S2000 for a Lotus Elise

So why would you need to know this? just curious.

also, moving to S2k talk.

I'm designing an exhaust for the Elise and want to use the Honda resonator size as a baseline... Elise has way too much buzziness in the stock exhaust (I thought my S2000 sounded way better stock).

OK, since you are so immensely patient and have a good cause ,
here are the dimensions:

That little "weenie" is 6.25" long and 2" in diameter.

Well, I'm Canajun, EH!
But I realized this limitation, so I converted it to U.S. units.

I believe the location of the resonator is more important than its dimension.

I believe AP1 and AP2 have different size and shaped helmholtz resonator.

I've measured mine. Now you go measure yours.
