hi guys im new here. anyways i have a 01 prelude type sh and was thinking about getting rid of it and getting a s2k. i got my car for about 29,000 and add another 10,000 on modifications and was wondering if the s2k is really worth it to just throw all that away. i want the s2k for its sleek looks nothing else really. " looks so god damn nice " . also if i do do any modifications to the s2k, are the parts expensive, easy to find, and how are the gains. thx for ur help.

 

Being a former Lude owner(01 base), and it sounds like you sunk quite a bit into your prelude, I got rid of my prelued to get an S2000 also. While I do miss my lude, my S consoles me very nicely. There are many simple mods, CAI, Exhaust, wheels, etc... and everyone on this site has some input on each. I haven't done anything to mine yet, but may do some in the future. Bone stock, it still puts a grin on my face from ear to ear. I feel like a 16 year old kid, just looking for any excuse to drive it.

My advice...if you haven't driven one, do it. If you love it...buy it. If not, someone else will. good luck

 

If thats the only reason you want to buy the S you might want to reconsider buying it. There is a lot more to living with it. You might not be happy in the long run.
