My body shop cannot adjust more negative camber than -1.9. Where should I get it done?

Does anyone know a tuning shop that performs excellent alignments in Chicago land area?

Oh man, I've been down here in SoCal and just got a chance to check PMs. With the LMs, the tops will stick out giving it a monster truck look. I've lowered mine with KG/MMs over stock. I strongly advise you set your alignment:

Front: -1.5 degree camber
Rear: -2-2.5 degree camber

It should look hot there after... good luck man!

If I'm not mistaken, the caster and camber adjustments are somewhat intertwined. Haveing one out of range can prevent the full adjustment of the other. There's a specific procedure that should be followed. I don't know it, but it's in the factory manual.

You need to lower your car and that will increase the camber. The lower you go the more camber you get on Honda's....to a certain extent.

Stinkytiger, it looks to me that the wheel offset is not correct for the S2000. If this is not the case, the wheel would not stick out that far. Be careful lowering the car. I have lowered mine about 1 1/4 in. As you lower it, you will have more camber. The LEAST amount of camber I can get now is -2.1deg. We were playing with the camber settings when we had the car on the alignment rack and could dial in as much as -3.5 deg. of camber. Be careful with the camber settings. It will cause the tires to wear just a bit more on the inside. If you combine a large amount of camber with higher toe settings you will really burn through some tires. Unfortunately, you will need about 1/8 in of rear toe to keep the rear planted in the corners. I am running 0.0 in of rear toe and my car is a bit tail happy.

I am still on stock wheels and tires so they are well inside the fender well. It seems that when you lower the car, you need more offset on the rear wheels to tuck them in under the fenders so that they will not rub. You might want to ask one of the more "expert" members of the board like xviper or post in the wheel and tire forum.

Hope this helps.

According to itching on the wheel, I have LM171, 18x8.0", offset 50 in the front and LM172, 18x9.5, offset 55 in the back. Isn't this right wheel for S2000?

How can I move this post to the wheel and tire forum?
