Default help with bra and help with drivers window not going down

I have a 2002 S2000 (S Silver) and would like a bra for trips, if it ever leaves the garage. Lebra does not show one, ANY HELP greatly appreciated.

My second problem is that when I let the top down the driver's side window does not always go down. I saw the bulletin but it says that it is a problem on 2000 models. The dealership in Lou, Ky seems to not be able to fix the problem, Any Suggestions. The car has 3200 miles on it and is only 6 months old.

The problem with the window is a faulty regulator. The TSB issued about this clearly outlines the problem; however, I'm on my second replacement regulator, so this appears to be an "iffy" fix. Some others on this forum have also experienced multiple driver's window regulator failures.

My window started working again on it's own without the TSB fix. I have no reason why!

I have a Scotchcal clear plastic bra.

Try www.covercraft.com for your bra. I, also have the window problem, However, since I have seen so many threads stating that even after it is fixed, it stops working properly, I will live with it until they get a better regulator solution.

Heh, I had the same experience as Ernie...window reg. problem and it went away on it's own without the TSB.

I also have the 3M clear tape bra on the car.

Must be a widespread prob with the window regulator. I just had the spark plug TSB and a new regulator installed yesterday. Works great...for now.

Can't help with the window regulator, but I am interested in the outcome, since my S is starting to exhibit this behavior. As for your car bra question try this:

Do a search for Bra, Clear Bra, Colgan, and StoneGard. As far as I know Colgan makes the only quality removable bra for S2000's. The Colgan bra costs ~$100 from retailers or ~$135 direct from Colgan. Make sure you get the latest version of the bra as there have been at least 3 design changes to the Colgan S2000 bra. They also make cute little side mirror bras.

My Colgan bra has been very satisfactory, although I get some high frequency flapping above the driver's side headlight above 90 mph.

Some owners are using StoneGard which is a thin clear plastic film that is "glued" to the front end. I've seen it installed on S2000's and it's nearly invisible from more than 10 feet away. Downside is that it costs more than $500 and you need a good installer to get the nearly invisible effect.

Like I said do a search, there's a significant amount of info out there on this. For my money Colgan is the way to go especially if you only want it for long trips and track days.

a good sports bra should give you support if you're active

I too have that window issue just started after 2.5 years of owning the car.
