Default Help with buyin this S2000 Need INFO!

I'm planning to buy this honda s2000 tomorrow but i just notice in the carfax that it had a Differential and transfer case service on it. Is it a good idea to still buy the car because i'm sure it was in some kind of accident but i cant tell even when i was there. Can anyone explain any reason if there was a Differential and transfer case service.

Sounds like a maintenance notice. Where are you buying it from - a Honda dealer or another?

Depending on how in depth you want to go. It should where the service was rendered and you can contact them and have them look up what was done to the car just to confirm.

That's just to help prevent theft. I wouldn't be scared of it.

SuperSaiyan, just like on Honda-Tech.

If you have concerns over the vehicle, pay the $70 or so to have a Honda dealership do a Pre-Purchase Inspection and they will be more than happy to tell you every little minor detail wrong with it. Simple as that.

Asking the same questions over again isn't going to net you too many different responses, and I'm guessing this probably is your first car purchase?
