Help...Lost My Helms Manual.
Can't find my Helms manual (wonder if my wife threw it out).
I need the torque specs for the nuts that hold on the exhaust manifold. Thanks in advance.

The specs on page 9-3 of the S2000 Service Manual say the self-locking nut torque for the exhaust manifold should be 23 lbf.ft
It also says "Use new gaskets and self-locking nuts when reassembling"
