Default Help with market value

Hi everyone,
I have a 2002 silver/black with 2500 miles that I am going to sell. The car is in as-new condition and has never been registered. The only dealer installed options are the security system, wheel locks and floor mats. The car is in St. Louis. Any ideas on what the car might bring on the open market right now? Thanks for your help.

I don't know what "nap" has been smoking, but there's no way you're getting $34,000 for an S2000 with 2500 miles, registered or not. I have two dealerships willing to sell me brand new, untouched S2000s for $30,000. The alarm and wheel locks shouldn't make much of a difference (you can buy then from www.handaaccessories for < $350 total). The floor mats are not an option -- they come standard on all 2002 S2000s. Realistically, I'd shoot for $28,000-29,000 or so.

how do you own it, with 2500 miles with no registration? Regardless, I'd suspect somewhere around $30k since you can get a fron-dealer-new car for less than msrp, with single-digit miles on it.

Sadly, you lose 10% off the vehicle value just by driving it off the lot. Not sure what color the sky is in Nap's world as several dealers are offerring new S2000's across the country below MSRP, and i have heard of below $30k!!!

Anyways, reasonable price would likely be around what azrael said...$27-29k.

Sorry that you gotta sell.
