Go with either the basic lip spoiler if you're looking for cosmetics...and if looking for a more performance approach, go with a solid intake. Dont expect large gains at all, but the sound difference is night and day. Really changes the cars demeanor in my mind. I reccomend the K&N FIPK...high quality stuff.

my two cents worth...

I would (and did) go with exhaust. I just got my S2000 a few days ago, and am waiting for my Invidia system to show up on my door step. When I got my WRX I ordered the exhaust before I took delivery of the car. So I had the car all of maybe 20 minutes before I swapped out the exhaust. My neighbor was laughing as I was throwing exhaust parts out from underneath my brand new car.

Personally, I have done exhaust on every sporty car I've owned. I just like to be able to hear the car.

Just throw the stock exhaust back on before you turn the car in.

I would put exhaust or lower the car.

i've heard some pretty good things about the AEM V1 intake, which do you guys think sounds the best? and also, would a lightened flywheel be too much of a hassle to take off when it's going to the dealer?

I would do mods that would be easily removed once the lease is done like an intake or even and exhaust but a new rear gear is alot of time and money to put in a car your have to turn back in

A good grill and Clear Bra. Replaciing the condenser because you got a rock through it is expensive. Also rock chips can make the front of your car look like sh*t. I wish I had gotten the Clear Bra when I first got mine. I will after I get alll the rock chips repaired.
