Some of the most creative plates I've seen are from people from Virginia. I don't know why, but they have some of the best.

That said, I think Mr. Ming is appropriate. No offense, but I think "I ASIAN" and "ME ASIAN" are insulting to the Asian community, as if to say Asians can only speak broken English. "CHINES", you have to think about that one for a bit then you get it.

Mr. Ming sounds more dignified and upscale. Just that's just my opinion.

Wait a minute! STOP the music! Let me get this straight, Xenox. You live in Alabama, and you want to sport either "I ASIAN," "ME ASIAN," "CHINES," or "MR. MING," on personalized plates?
Why not simply wear a target on your back and walk about yelling "Shoot me, you rednecks! Shoot me!"
If, however, you are dead set (no pun intended), upon obtaining one of the four, I would recommend that you go with the somewhat innocuous "MR MING."
Oh, and, good luck.

j/k I don't like any. There was a thread that people offer tons of plate name. You might want to search for it.
