Default Help me with my 04 Please!!!!

my car has 1700 miles. Today I was enjoying VTEC from 1-2 gear. Ater VTEC(red line blink) at 2nd gear, I slowed down was prepared to make a stop at the stop sign when suddenly my car shuts down by itself..........no power wutsoever...........I was shocked and then I had to restart my car again and it started fine. I was wondering wut could cause the car to shut down? Did this happen to anyone?

Did it stall as it was rolling to a stop? What gear where you in?

best bet, take it to the dealership. If something did go wrong, they may be able to pull a record of it....

Otherwise, if it was out of sheer stupidity (ive done it a couple of times) make sure you did not hit the key with your knee and turn the car off....i did that pulling into my driveway twice!!!

Probably Heat soak.
Probably normal.
Happens to many owners after hard runs.
Let cool, go out and drive the car, should run perfect, if it does not, have it checked, but should run fine, don't worry...
Cheers,
Daniel

It sounds like your knee hitting the key.

How tall are you guys that your knees hit the key? I'm 5'8 and I don't think I could hit it without taking my foot off the floor and nailing it on purpose. Just curious.
