Actually it is more like 600 for the parts needed to mount a used hardtop. Honda includes these parts with the hardtop it'self and not as part of the 1xx addition kit. The addition kit is for the differant parts needed for differant model years of the car. All common parts (the $600 parts) are included with the hardtop.

IFF you have the side catchers if you don't the side catchers alone run somewhat less than $400. If all you need is the base kit then it's on the order of $137, but this assumes that you have all the hardware that comes with the HT. If you don't it's going to get expensive.

That's right HT I got had the side catchers, so all I need was the wiring and the left side catcher. No latches, or center console button for pre MY02.

This is what you are going to need taken from a post by Jeff at Ganley.

That kit which comes with the hardtop, contains 2 body side catchers, 2 trim brushes, a relay, a defroster switch, a trim bezel (for the switch), 2 rubber stoppers, new bolts, a warning decal, 2 front strikers and a wire harness. If you were to purchase these parts seperately they would run you approx. 500.00 - 600.00. This kit is all you need to put the top on your car if it is a 00 model with vin above 5730 or an 01 model.

There is also a kit A which is used for MY00 less then 5730 and kit C which is used for MY02 and 03s that aren't Sebring or Suzuka.
