The price I got for the ground controls and Koni's are $1100 after shipping and everything. I don't understand why not pay extra few to get some coilovers, and then get them coner balanced and everything. Are you saying the ride is just to stiff and uncomfortable or... ? Bare with me, I don't know much about suspension.
there are a couple people on this site that have this same setup and are very happy with it. good luck with whatever setup you choose.
how about with the tein flex set up...
More street/track -- and with the EDFC, adjustability couldn't be easier.
Razor -- I'm assuming that with the Flex setup, you won't have to get allignments every time you adjust?

You can corner weight the GC's also. They are height adjustable.

The shock dyno information is fantastic. I, too, have brought quite a few of the "JDM" units in house to test on our dyno as well. Same results.
One thing that most people don`t think about is the spring. A cheap spring can be up to 10% out of quoted rate. Now imagine if you run 500-600lbs springs all around, but each one could be up to 10% (plus or minus) off the quoted rate. Imagine trying to set that car up. I`ve also seen quite a few of them sag within a month or so and break prematurely.
Just something to think about

Damn, that's good info! Good to see at least one of the JDM brands tested. I'd really like to see more, at least 1 representative model from each brand (Zeal's done, so JIC, A'pex, Buddy Club, and Tein...I'd like to see at least a couple of Tein dynos...one for their twintube (Flex) and one for their monotube (RA/RE)).
Ryan: the H-T post said Eibach will do shock dynos for free. Is this still the case? If so, we should try to get as many s2ki and H-T members that are local in socal to bring their shocks to Eibach. If I knew about this sooner, I could've brought a set of JICs over from my old car.
